Attorney Youssef Hammoud practices primarily in the area of consumer financial protection, including claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), California’s Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA), and California’s Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA).
During law school, he served as a legal intern for Quicken Loans, Inc., a Judicial Intern at the Wayne County Third Circuit Court, a law clerk for the Wayne County Corporation Counsel, and a law clerk representing indigent clients at the Immigration Law Clinic at UDM School of Law.
Youssef makes it a point to treat each and every case as his most important case. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him with his wife, daughter, and extended family–he says there’s nothing more important than making memories with those you love.
